Jill founded CFO Hive in response to a growing need for private businesses to access strategic financial expertise in an affordable and flexible way.

Jill Bell is a Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), with extensive experience as a CFO across a range of SMEs. She has also provided external CFO consulting to fast-growing businesses, supporting them through the challenges of scaling—including growth planning, scenario analysis, finance team development, and operational efficiency. Jill also brings expertise in investment readiness, transaction support (buy- and sell-side), and international expansion for privately held businesses.
