I'm a Chartered Accountant and the founder of CFO Hive, based in Brisbane. I've spent my career inside the finance functions of growing businesses, and I kept seeing the same problem.

Businesses would outgrow their bookkeeper, but a full-time finance team was out of reach. So they made do. The bookkeeper stretched into work beyond their experience.
